Terms of Service

Every version is dated by the day it came into force, and the one that binds a purchase is the one in force on the day of purchase. An app shows the version it was built with in its Settings, and links it here by date.

1. 2026-09-03current

   all three applications. §5 names the merchant of record by the name it trades under and links its own terms, rather than naming a legal entity that has changed hands. §18 no longer chooses a governing law: your own consumer law is what it deferred to in any case. §19 is the support mailbox, which is where support is answered.

2. 2026-09-02in force until 2026-09-03

   all three applications. The merchant of record is Lemon Squeezy; §5 names it and its order lookup, and §7 describes activation against it. The arrangement is unchanged: one vendor covering checkout, tax, key issuance and device activation, and the licence is still granted by Riff Tech, Inc.

3. 2026-08-30in force until 2026-09-02

   first published. Replaces the separate terms each application carried before.
